What’s Coming Up
Summit Counselling events are designed to provide practical, accessible mental health support in a structured and welcoming environment. Each event combines professional guidance with skill-building, offering tools you can use in your daily life, whether you’re seeking relief from stress, support through change, or personal growth.
Events are intentionally kept small to encourage connection, learning, and a sense of safety. You are always welcome to participate at your own pace.
